They were working next door and cut my irrigation line and also my fiber line due to locate company not marking the locations. They fixed my irrigation line immediately, the fiber was fixed the next morning . Contacted me to make sure everything was working. Took responsibility instead of walking away.
I want to share a wonderful experience I had at Friedges Landscaping in Lakeville. I stopped in to pick up some small decorative boulders. Obviously the woman at the front desk knew this was not going to be a large dollar sale but she treated me like I was the most important person in the building. She was friendly, attentive, told me where the pile of boulders were and explained how I would pay for them, once I was ready to checkout. Once I got to the, ample, pile of boulders, I started to load the back of my Jeep.
