Emilee was so wonderful!! She navigated what I was looking for and anticipated what I needed effortlessly. She was also not shy to reach out to another stylist for insight on what might work better than what she was thinking. As a team Emilee and Austin found the best solution for what I was looking for an d we’re happy to reach out to another stylist for further insight since she had similar hair and situation. Emilee took it a step further and was patient with my hair needs and encouraged me to play around my look to ensure it fit was I was looking for. This was such a positive, delightful experience, I’m genuinely excited to go back and get playful with my hair again.

As usual Austin does such a fantastic job on my hair he knows exactly what I want and what I'm talking about and it's so much fun creating the next color or the next style for me. He goes the extra mile to make sure that the experience is enjoyable. And I love when things turn out great and we create together as I also love hair and color etc. and he would not let me leave until I was completely satisfied which was so great you don't see that much anymore in customer service.
And nothing to do with Austin whatsoever, however, I think the prices are getting a little crazy.
Other than that I am very happy with my hair!!!!

Austin and Maya are wonderful stylists. Austin is a senior stylist and so incredibly kind and talented. I’ve always been very nervous with haircuts as I have alopecia. Austin was very understanding - his own sister has alopecia too! I left feeling beautiful and refreshed.
Then my alopecia got worse for several months so I avoided hair salons since I was wearing a wig anyways. Well, my hair was finally at a point again that I could cut it, so I stopped in to get my bangs back (yay!) and Maya was available! She did an incredible job, as she was finishing up Austin came out of a meeting and she asked his opinion. Not everyone is meant to be a teacher, but wow. The senior stylists here at this location were more than happy to guide the younger stylists. As a former instructor myself, the way they taught them was so clear and compassionate.
Anyways. Austin and Maya are fantastic. This location is wonderful!

This was my first time at a Salon in Minnesota as I'm from Oregon and a recent resident. I moved here to go to the Mayo Clinic. I felt Immediately comfortable with my stylist Ashley! She was professional and yet, very open she listened to what I wanted her to do albeit I was not sure what I wanted to do lol. This was my second haircut since loosing my hair due to chemotherapy and my hair growing back. I absolutely love my hair and Ashley. I will be back definitely. Thank you so much , Ashley for making me comfortable and making me happy.
