College City Design did a fantastic job in all phases of the project, from our initial meeting through the final walk through. The work was amazing. They handled all of the unforeseen scheduling conflicts we caused by adding a HVAC update to the equation with courtesy and absurdness. Chris Menning took our vague requirements and used his expertise to create a design that was at once practical, functional, and future proof. We would recommend College City Design for your next project.

Beautiful work, and finished room!! All contractors were skilled, helpful, and pleasant. All questions were answered and work explained. I love my new 4 season sun room!!

CCDB Inc.’s team of Chris Menning, Rebecca Ryan, Buzz Taggert, and their vendors/contractors did a first rate job with our Eden Prairie 3-story home renovation. Major areas addressed included new kitchen, MBR walk-in closet, Master Bathroom, Laundry Room, and Ground Floor Kitchenette. Additional work included full home internal painting (Big Chill paint color a big hit!), all ceiling lights, electrical switches, and door handles replaced, and select hallway and room ceilings redone.

Chris shepherded the process from the initial scope meeting to spreadsheet project cost analysis and various touch point meetings; Rebecca collaborated with us on the design process and materials selection in various meetings and trips to vendors; Buzz managed the overall project coordinating with external vendors and in a who/what/when process with me. The project had the usual issues of timing, materials and appliances and labor availability, but transparency was maintained and schedules appropriately adjusted. My wife and I moved out of the house during the process, which facilitated ease of execution for all.

The team was very professional, became our friends, and delivered great results (see sample pics). Cost were managed well and additional items I requested were handled without drama. CCDB is a full scope outfit, I recommend them for your home renovation efforts without reservation.

We are enjoying our home, and in retrospect glad we did a renovation instead of a relocation, which we did consider.
