Avid Builders Home Remodeling

We used Avid Builders for a major home makeover project and would highly recommend their work. The project included an addition and a front elevation upgrade. Their attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship is obvious throughout the process. They hold themselves to a high standard and expect the same from their subcontractors. Communication about all the various stages was solid throughout. Lamont, Terry, Ryan, and Patty were all great to work with and we will be using them for future projects. We have received many compliments about the changes to our home and people even commented about how hard Avid worked on all the details.

We would recommend Avid Builders to anyone without hesitation. From the beginning, their attention to detail stood out from others. They listened to our goals/needs for our space and based on that gave us a true, detailed estimate (almost spot on). They are great communicators and also perfectionists. Our project turned out better than we could have imagined, we couldn't be happier. Lamont, Terry and their crew are some of the best in the business! We will be using Avid on all of our future projects.

Avid builders did a number of window replacements for us, that included some significant rework of surrounding framing and siding. They were most cooperative in determining what needed to be done, interacting with the window providers, and repairing all necessary surrounding woodwork. They were fastidious in their work and cleanup, cooperative in scheduling, flexible in returning to the site to finish up inside after we returned from holiday,and completing the work within budget despite some unforeseen complications. In all respects we found them to be have a responsible and skilled workforce, and have had no reservations recommending them to our acquaintances.
