Being in need of both a furnace and AC, I called around to several places but Mike just seemed to be more genuine and looking to help me out. It took us a week to agree to get the work done and Mike and crew were out the following week. His price was great, he came when he said and stayed until the job was completed. Even came out the next day when I had some questions. I would certainly recommend Valley Plumbing Heating and Air. Great folks to work with!

Valley Plumbing recently replaced my hot water heater. They were very nice to work with and I felt very comfortable. I needed hot water right away! They were here within 45 minutes, installed the new hot water heater, educated me about the unit that they installed prior to leaving. I had hot water in 3 hours beginning with the phone call I made to them and the service conclusion! Excellent!

Our experience with Valley Plumbing, Heating & Air has been extremely disappointing, though it’s important to say that this situation began with a breakdown in communication during a larger renovation project that involved multiple people coordinating different parts of the work.
A landscaper helping manage parts of the project was involved in coordination, which created confusion. However, Valley PHA installed a garage heater in our detached garage without ever speaking with us directly as homeowners about what system was being installed, what it would do, or what it would not do. We were never told it was a heat-only system, never given options, never shown alternatives, and never asked to approve a specific HVAC system. We didn’t sign a contract, a scope document, or any kind of authorization for the equipment they installed.
When we realized the space was not actually climate controlled and raised the issue, the company refused to take responsibility and instead tried to place the authorization on a third party rather than addressing it with us directly. Communication became dismissive and defensive instead of solution focused.
What should have been a straightforward fix turned into a drawn out dispute that caused unnecessary stress and disruption. We ultimately had to pursue formal consumer protection channels.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend working with this company. The issues here weren’t just about a mistake.. they were about communication, accountability, and how homeowners are treated when something goes wrong. Those things matter, and they were not handled well in our case.

We had a very great experience with Valley heating and plumbing. From the very beginning the information they provided was above and beyond information most repair tech would give. We had our water heater replaced and could not be happier with the service provided. From Nicole and Michael all the way down the line we felt like they had our best interest in mind. All of the employees were professional, kind and very respectful. Found them to be very responsive when I did have questions or concerns. Would definitely use again.

Valley Heating and Plumbing this company was sent to us by one of Home Owners Warranty companies. Our Hot Water Heater started leaking. Valley came out to our home immediately. Unfortunately, the Home Warranty company denied our claim😤 However my husband called Valley Plumbing back and asked if they could come back out and replace our Hot Water Heater with us paying. Needless to say that the receptionist was puzzled why our claim was denied with the Home Warranty. She told us that one of there plumbers would be back out that day before the end of business. Valley Heating and Plumbing was back at our home with an hour or two. The Plumbers got to work and came back upstairs to let me know what they were doing step by step. We were impressed how quickly they came back out to replace our Water Heater also how professional they were. The job was completed within 2 hours. They even cleaned up behind themselves. There was a small hiccup a few days later a small leak. My husband called Valley plumbing back and the owner came out the next day earlier than the time given. He was very nice, professional and explained what was happening. The plumbers came back the problem was fixed. May we say thank you to the Home Warranty Company for sending Valley Heating and Plumbing our way. If you have any Plumbing or heating issues Valley is the company to go with based here in Minnesota. A disappointment turned into a positive. Valley saved our basement from flooding. Thank you Valley Heating and Plumbing.
