Duane did a fantastic job of installing a dishwasher in my kitchen. I did not have a previous dishwasher so it required removing a bank of drawers, which Duane thought could be salvaged. However it was not installed as he thought, so was required to damage them to get out. He then took it upon himself to repair the damaged cupboard and even gave me a butcher block top for them. He did not charge me extra for the parts he had to furnish/buy to complete the installation, even provided me with two new water filters without charge. He made certain there were no leaks and that the dishwasher worked properly before he left. Just thought I would write a quick review for Telus Property Services. I am constantly impressed with how they respond to any issues in a prompt, professional, courteous and kind manner. Had a big storm come through and Lynn stopped by to make sure we were ok! WOW! Never had a property manager care more and we are so grateful to be working with Telus! Thanks for caring!

Valley Heating and Plumbing this company was sent to us by one of Home Owners Warranty companies. Our Hot Water Heater started leaking. Valley came out to our home immediately. Unfortunately, the Home Warranty company denied our claim?
However my husband called Valley Plumbing back and asked if they could come back out and replace our Hot Water Heater with us paying. Needless to say that the receptionist was puzzled why our claim was denied with the Home Warranty. She told us that one of there plumbers would be back out that day before the end of business. Valley Heating and Plumbing was back at our home with an hour or two. The Plumbers got to work and came back upstairs to let me know what they were doing step by step. We were impressed how quickly they came back out to replace our Water Heater also how professional they were. The job was completed within 2 hours. They even cleaned up behind themselves. There was a small hiccup a few days later a small leak. My husband called Valley plumbing back and the owner came out the next day earlier than the time given. He was very nice, professional and explained what was happening. The plumbers came back the problem was fixed. May we say thank you to the Home Warranty Company for sending Valley Heating and Plumbing our way. If you have any Plumbing or heating issues Valley is the company to go with based here in Minnesota. A disappointment turned into a positive. Valley saved our basement from flooding. Thank you Valley Heating and Plumbing.
