“Duane did a fantastic job of installing a dishwasher in my kitchen. I did not have a previous dishwasher so it required removing a bank of drawers, which Duane thought could be salvaged. However it was not installed as he thought, so was required to damage them to get out. He then took it upon himself to repair the damaged cupboard and even gave me a butcher block top for them. He did not charge me extra for the parts he had to furnish/buy to complete the installation, even provided me with two new water filters without charge. He made certain there were no leaks and that the dishwasher worked properly before he left.
