“I called to get scheduled for the first time on Tuesday and Dr. Erhardt had openings the next day. He took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I have gone to chiropractors off and on for 11 years now, and I have to say Dr. Erhardt’s technique is different from what I’m used to but it works. He doesn’t manipulate the vertebrae but uses a pressure technique. Honestly, my body has always tensed up with typical chiropractic adjustments and the cracking sound would always unnerve me. “Why I go to Premier Health every six weeks? Over ten years ago Dr. Witte helped me through a difficult lower back injury. After that, and it took six months to get decently better again, I decided it was a great deal easier and better to visit and get small problems adjusted correctly then to let my back get seriously out of shape. The theory works. I get my six week "tune up" and have no great problems. Some visits there is more out of alignment than I would expect and other times its pretty mundane. Mundane is not bad! However in all cases it is for the better and well worth the half an hour of my time. At 72 years old I pretty much do whatever I want and while the lower back is never out of my mind it does not impede me from living and doing what I want to. It does work.Recently I missed my 6 week appointment and was more like 8 or 9 weeks. I knew something was a little out of sorts, not bad but not right. After my appointment everything was back to normal. I'll go back to 6 week intervals. It works.“
