When I came to MN spine and Sport I had terrible cubical tunnel syndrome to the point where I couldn’t straighten my arm all the way and had the sharpest pain in my elbow. I also had terrible mid and lower back pain from my job which puts a lot of strain on my back. I was so afraid to go to physical therapy because volleyball is my passion, I play a lot and I was worried I would be told to stop in order to recover.
