Hidden Fence did a great job! A much easier simpler and affordable method for our dog to enjoy our small yard. They provided pre-marking, fast install after the spring thaw, one-on-one training plus lots of videos for follow up. Great service!

Not only was their price better than any other company we looked at but the guys that installed it were very intentional and kind and took the time to answer all my questions including being patient while I went back and forth on where I wanted the wire put in on our driveway. They did an excellent job. Completed the job on the timeline they said. And even spent time helping us train our dogs then and there. I would highly recommend this crew!

We did have one small issue at first when the collar wouldn’t charge, but they came out the very next day and fixed it with no hassle. Their prices were fair compared to others I checked, and the warranties gave me extra peace of mind. Most importantly, my dog is so much happier now being able to run freely and safely in the yard. We have roughly five acres of fence going under the driveway, through the woods and slew surrounding our home. We have owned the Pet Stop system for 7 years or so. We previously had an Invisible Fence system giving us a chance to compare quality, services and warranties. I already knew I wanted something better than another IV system and found Pet Stop. PS is local and family owned.
Addy lost her Pet Stop, collar in the woods one fall. A replacement was programmed and replaced within 24 hrs for a fair price. I found the original collar in the spring. PS credited me the loner/replacement collar because I found the original collar within 6 months.
Years later and after being dead through a harsh MN winter in the woods for five months, my seven year old battery finally failed the testing/evaluation system unique to PS. Within 24 hrs, PS delivered a new collar, programmed it and their excellent warranty program only charged me $117 to replace the collar.

Hidden Fence did an amazing job! They were super friendly and easy to work with. They asked questions to make sure the fence was exactly where I wanted it and were efficient during the installation. You could hardly notice where they put the fence lines. Our dogs have learned quickly and love the freedom of playing outside whenever they want. They no longer run towards other dogs or people on the sidewalk. We love our Hidden Fence System!

Working with Hidden Fence of Minnesota was an all around great experience! Not many companies go above and beyond in customer service in the ways they did. They were with us every step of the way with training and equipment set up as needed. We started training late in the fall and there were no problems over winter but, once spring came the equipment needed to be tweaked due to much more dog traffic in the walk ways, at the front of the house. A contractor installing fiber optics broke the wire not once, but three times, yet Hidden Fence came to make the repairs and didn't even charge the careless contractor. One day it was raining miserably and Hidden Fence still came to make the repair! I can't say enough good things about this great group of people and their care of pets. They also offered financing which made it easier on our budget. Highly recommended.

Bought a new home and moved in the middle of winter. Needed a fence for my 8 month old puppy (non-listening)! Called them, not even thinking they could install in the winter! They came out almost immediately, gave us our options and scheduled the install. They came back as promised when the ground thawed and finished the job. Great service, timely, professional and helped create a safe sanctuary for the dogs. Highly recommend!!!

I don't normally write reviews, but I just need to give a shout out to Mike, the service director. He texted me back immediately when my system didnt seem to be working. I sent him a photo of my system, to his direct phone , and within minutes he had all my answers! Because it is 4th of July holiday weekend, he said the office would not be open, but the owner Bruce always watches the phones to help people during non office hours. I said thank you!!!! I just have to leave you guys a review. Talk about service! Exceptional!!!!

Amazing service. They turned around a quote in less than 4 business hours. Installation was scheduled 4 days out, and it was priced at a fraction of Invisible Fence. Cannot recommend this company enough.
