I've hired Bob Gilpin twice to work at my home. First time to replace a toilet, and the second time, he got the steel drain under our concrete basement floor unclogged. Which was a bit difficult for a DIY project. He's always been on time. He is intelligent and knowledgeable. He does the job correctly, along with providing you a process of elimination for your problem and informs you of potential costs if the first or second solution doesn't work. He always does his best to make it to you as soon as possible. If you want someone you can trust to work on your home, Bob is the man for the job. Thanks again, Bob.
