Great service. I called after 5 when my AC wasn't working, Jon answered and he was out the next morning about 8:30. He found the problem, had the part and replaced it. He emailed me the bill and it was exactly what he said and I thought it was a decent price. The invoice had a link to a secure site to place my payment simple and quick.
Jon and his team came out to the house within a few hours when I called him with our furnace leak! Even replaced the furnace SAME day! Pretty scary situation with the CO leak we had. Incredible job. Fair and honest pricing and an excellent communicator.
I woke up to 53° in my house this morning. I called All Directions heating and cooling and they were here within an hour. Heat is flowing great now. They are the BEST Company I have ever dealt with. I have, and would refer them to anyone!!! They are so great and friendly to work with!!!!
