Brian is knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. My heater change out was an example of the way it's supposed to work. Brian sells and installs quality products and his work is top notch. My house was left clean when finished and other than the new unit installed you would never had guessed he was there. Trust is a huge thing in the service industry and Brian goes above and beyond expectations in that area. Couldn't ask for a better local service company. If you have duct cleaning, hvac work, AC or heater repair or install, you would be hard pressed to find anyone better. The professional, clear approach to business that Cleaner Air Solutions adopts is worth its weight in gold in this field! A literal breath of fresh air - pun intended. My initial inquiry for a quote was met with a very timely phone call from Brian. We reviewed the layout of my home and within the day his quote was texted to me via a formal site. His communication was always clear, looped to close any gaps or questions I had, and he worked hard to accommodate our schedule. This started things out right. In addition and the more important matter: his effective cleaning!! He was thorough, matriculate, and as he identified gaps/potential issues, he alerted me to them as they were discovered, and explained what he would attempt to do to rectify them within his scope of practice. I am a customer for life. In addition to the much needed cleaning he provided, he also installed a Reme-Halo Whole Home Air Purification System. The difference in the air within our home was noticeable immediately. The only way to describe it is, "lighter" and "cleaner". My breathing feels easier, the air smells fresh, and though we've only enjoyed its presence for one night, I slept more soundly than I have in years. Our son, who has a history of chronic lung issues, even appeared to be less congested this morning. My high recommendation: Clean your vents, add the air filter if you are able, and use Cleaner Air Solutions to provide the service. A great experience from start to finish. (Though we didn't require immediate furnace replacement, through conversation with Brian I would also recommend Cleaner Air Solutions...if you are in the unfortunate place of needing to update your furnace/AC units. Our unit is 30+ years old and will be needing some attention soon enough.)
