Noriko did a beautiful job cutting my hair and adding natural highlights! She is patient, meticulous, and took her time, ensuring my cut and color was done well. Two weeks later, and I'm so happy with how my cut has grown in! The store had many safety measures in place including taking my temp before I entered, and dividers between chairs, so I felt safe and comfortable. Can't wait to see Noriko again soon!
