The communication was a bit hit and miss in the beginning, but more than made up for when it really counted. The installers were professional and cleaned up after they completed the job. Our project manager did a great job keeping us in the loop as the install progressed. Highly recommend Wolf River and especially our project manager, Tawni.
We had a great experience with Wolf River. We got 54 solar panels installed on our Roof and we are so pleased with the service we received. Through out the majority of the process we were explained what was going to happen next and what was happening. It got a little confusing at the end of the process but there is a bit of paper back and forth paper work between Wolf River and the electric company that has to happen at the end of the project that is hard to understand because you don't see that process. Overall, we are very pleased with our solar system and Wolf River and would recommend them to anyone.
We've always turned down opportunities to look at Solar, until Wolf River Electric called us in June. Their knowledge, customer service, and expertise led us on a remarkable journey. It takes some time, but our Solar System is up and working flawlessly. Our sincere thanks to the team at Wolf River for an exceptional job! We enjoyed working with all of the departments and team members at Wolf River Electric and are looking forward to considerable savings on our electric bill!!
