I consulted with Shawn on a wood stove. He was very honest, transparent, and knowledgeable. He advised on my whole plan start to finish. By the end we agreed purchasing from here wasn’t the right call for me. It’s hard not to trust someone who in good faith recommends I go another route. If I have a project that’s a fit in the future, I will definitely call them back up.

God Bless Tradewinds. My wife has health issues, and one is her bad asthma problems, and the smoke was making it very hard to breathe. We have had the air on for weeks, and that has helped greatly. Two days ago, our furnace fan stopped working, so no AC. We are on Social Security and did not have the funds to fix it. I called other places for help, and no response. I remembered we used Tradewinds before, and I called for help. They came that day to help. He even had to drive back to Isanti to get a part that he did not have on the truck.
