I have had a great experience from before I even used Thomas service company. The call center has been great to work with. Tom my technician was up front and honest when he diagnosed my Sub-Zero fridge. Thank you all at Thomas Service Company
Have used Thomas Service Comapny twice for Subzero repairs. Cooper has been the service tech for both visits and he was great. Each time he arrived within the arrival window, performed the repair in a timely manner, and I could tell he is very knowledgeable. Would defintiley reccomend.
Our Wolf duel fuel range encountered an issue where the oven was not heating up at all. After 14+ years this was the first issue we encountered, and naturally we were a little concerned at what it could be and how much it would cost to repair.We reached out to Thomas Service Co. and scheduled an appointment for a couple days out. The technician called to let us know he was on his way and showed up within the next 15 minutes. He was able to diagnose the issue as a broken relay control board.
