My subzero wasn't working. I called on 8/20/15 and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. Tom, the tech, called 15 minutes before arrival and asked me a bunch of questions. He determined it was probably the control. Tom arrived on time, very neat and clean and even brought pads to cover the counter top and floor. Tom explained everything he was doing, told me what it would cost and confirmed his suspicion. This company is how repair work used to be done...on time, reasonable, super nice people, and they actually fix the problem quickly. I would highly recommend this company.
