There was a gas leak at my property’s gas meter and CenterPoint Energy shut off gas service to my residential property. The very next day, Micah from Master Plumbing Services, made a very long drive from a job site in the north metro to my property in the south metro at the height of rush hour to effect repairs at my property. On a scale of one to ten, with ten being the highest level of service, Micah scored a perfect ten! Micah is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in the ways of plumbing repairs. We had Robert from Master Plumbing Services install a water heater. They were very professional, walked me through all the steps, communicated effectively through text messages and arrived on time. The technician was easy to work with and kept me well informed throughout the installation. The best part is they are very honest and trustworthy- the price came in under the quote which never happens. I highly recommend Master Plumbing Services!!
