I do not recommend this clinic to anyone especially medicare patients. I made an appointment for a medication check to continue refills on my medication. Unbeknownst to me they also billed my insurance for the Annual Medicare Wellness visit. Nobody told me, I never got an invoice and nothing was discussed with me except medication. I left this clinic for a different provider. Despite multiple requests my records did not get sent over. The new provider did the wellness visit a second time because neither I nor them knew it had been done. I now have a large bill because of them. They refuse to reverse the insurance claim. Been going here for years. You cant call just to ask questions for a Nurse line. They have a call center that answers calls then just leaves messages for your provider then your Dr never gets back to you or is not in that day, your out of luck for a few days just waiting to hear back from someone. They dont have anyone to take over for the day to get back to patients.
