Called 2 months ago for an estimate and never recieved a call back. That's just poor customer service.

I had 2 men from Up North Builders come to get snow off my roof where I couldn't reach and to remove 4 big ice dams (close to 1 foot in depth). These problems were causing water to leak into my house. These men worked smartly, efficiently, and safely for 4.5 hours. The cost was pretty expensive but well worth it in my opinion, as it prevented costly damage to my house. Joan Christensen
