Shelly is absolutely amazing. She goes way beyond the technology. She takes hearing health care to the point where it becomes an art. Through Shelly, I now have the capacity to benefit to the utmost in spite of my rather complicated hearing impairments. Now I can once again take part in conversations, no longer excluded because of my deficits. I cannot express strongly enough how much I appreciate Shelly's care and concern which she has shown to me. I am very happy with my results and Michelle Olson was a big help, and she explained everything to me. I was amazed at how detail went into the exam It was nice to see some one who knows what she is doing, considerate. I will share my experience with my friends and recommend her.
