Plumbing West is a great plumbing company serving the west and metro area, specializing in remodeling and restoration for residential and light commercial work. They are kind and unbelievably compassionate, showing professionalism and patience through difficult tasks. The staff are awesome, hard-working, honest people who provide great service and quality installs. They are very personable and reliable, with the whole staff impressive to work with. The team handled a new comfort height toilet install quickly, and the family was grateful for the experience. The invoice came quickly, and they are highly recommended for anyone needing plumbing help.
My home had a catastrophic house fire in October of 2023 and needed all new plumbing. After a rough start, probably because of my personal pain and grief Plumbing West was and kind and unbelievably compassionate during the arduous task of picking out all new plumbing fixtures. Many phone conversations and emails and site visits were done with nothing but professionalism and patience. I can't express my deep appreciation for all of their efforts and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you MacKenzie, Steve, Micheal and everyone else who helped put my house back together ❤️.
My wife’s grandma accidentally dropped the toilet tank top onto the toilet bowl, cracking and breaking the toilet. I called Steve at 7:30am the morning after the accident and by shortly after 10am he had Mike out with a new comfort height toilet to install. The family is grateful and impressed with the experience all around. Great service, quality install, very personable and reliable. The whole staff was impressive to work with. The invoice came quickly and I was more than happy to pay it. I would highly recommend them !
