Just moved into a new townhome previously occupied by a couple with 2 kids and a dog. Place was in decent shape,- including the vinyl plank flooring all over the house. Just needed a good, professional cleaning and that's where Jacobson's comes in. A quick Google search narrowed my list of LVP cleaners to a handful and decided to give Jacobson's a shot. The job was relatively quiet, very comprehensive, and left no residue. The pricing is more than fair and no corners were cut. 5 stars earned!
Lance recently cleaned all the carpets in our home. He was very professional. He did a fabulous job and took care of the cat urine smell from the carpet. I recommend Lance and will give them repeat business in the future. Thank you.
Lance came with a high powered truck complete with commercial cleaning equipment. So only his long hose needed to come into the house. He did a very deep and thorough cleaning of 450 Sq ft of carpet in our upstairs as well as the staircase. He paid special attention to deeply soiled areas and the carpet looks almost new. Responsive by phone, showed up on time and completed the job in just over an hour. Great instructions about dry times and such.
