I had in mind to also add two little yellow birds, which they did not have, but she voluntarily offered to make a trip to Hobby Lobby to see if they had some to purchase for me. Jody was so pleasantly accommodating and willing to satisfy her customer. The floral arrangement outcome was lovely, unique and received many favorable comments.“
