We've had multiple great experiences with Comfort Plus. From routine furnace maintenance to quoting HVAC remodel jobs, they perform quality work. They are courteous and professional, and are always happy to explain what they're doing to better inform their customers. Recently we had some issues with our furnace not starting reliably and they isolated the issue to a faulty valve. Before simply replacing the valve, they gave an honest effort at repairing it to save me money - that level of customer care is unheard of. I'll be using them again for all our HVAC needs!
Very good customer service. Called and they gave me tips to check on before they were able to come out. Their service guys were very friendly and walked us through their thoughts and some tips to keep things running efficiently. Efficient and effective service while also educational!
We have used Comfort Plus for a few years now for our furnace. They have always done a great job, at a fair price and the crew is knowledgable, timely and friendly. Would highly recommend!!
