I wasn’t able to get financing for my dream camper, although I was able to afford it. Moose from the finance department was able to help me get a fantastic deal with a bank. He helped me through every step with the best communication. I would like to also thank the sales team, specifically Gage from the sales team. Cody Carlson and Ryan Goiffon were spectacular throughout the entire process. Cody assisted with showing me numerous rvs and helped me find the right one. Ryan assisted me with my finances to help nail it down. I can’t believe the customer service they provided. I am so excited about my new RV and memories to be made for years.
Worked with the Forest River staff to get a trade in started in on a new travel trailer that would accommodate my family of 5 . Moose was able to work with us and come up with a purchase agreement and trade value that worked for us and made owning a new travel trailer a reality for us . We are happy with our experience with forest river and now we are looking forward to the upcoming camping season .
