Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Town house we are purchasing has an air exchange filter system. We have never had one of these in one of our homes before. He explained how it worked and how to use the control pads in the bathrooms to make sure it was running when needed. Advised on how to clean the filters for it and when they should be cleaned.Dan walked us through the home and explained all issues very clearly so we understood what should be or could be done to get them resolved. He was very patient with all our questions and that was appreciated as we had many.I highly recommend him for his professionalism!
