About Release Rolfing Structural Integration

Release Rolfing Structural Integration is a form of bodywork that aims to improve body alignment and function by manipulating the fascia/connective tissue. The goal is to bring the body into better balance and alignment, which can lead to improved posture, increased flexibility, and reduced pain or discomfort. Rolfing SI is often performed in a series of 10 sessions, each session building on prior session and systematically works the entire body. Clients have found Rolfing SI to be helpful in addressing a variety of issues, such as tightness, neuropathy, and pain. After receiving Rolfing SI sessions, clients have reported a reduction in pain and tightness, as well as improved mobility and overall quality of life. The practitioners take the time to explain the reasons for their work, and clients have been pleased with the results.

I have neuropathy in both legs and up into my buttocks. This causes tightness of my skin, numbness and pain both seated and while walking. When walking (my limit is 14 feet) I experienced significant pain and could only shuffle. After receiving Rolfing SI from Christina for the past four months, my pain has been reduced by 60% and the tightness by 50%. I am also able to pick up my feet when walking! I’m grateful for Christina and Rolfing for increasing my quality of life.

My rolfing experience with Christina was very good. I did several sessions & each session she explained the reasons for what she was doing which was very interesting. At first I thought it was like a subtle massage but as she figured out my particular need it was like a very specific deep massage on the area I needed most. I was very pleased at my results & would highly recommend an appointment.

I was struggling with a plantar fascia rupture for 18 months before I met Christina. My healing was very slow and painful and I had been in a walking cast for about 4 months. After two treatments, I was able to stop wearing the cast! I’ve never experienced anything like it. I am continuing to heal, and even ran a bit the other day! Experiencing rolfing and working with Christina has been wonderful. It’s a whole different kind of healing and support.
