The staff met with a customer and the insurance company numerous times to expand the scope of the work, helped choose materials and colors with an elaborate 3D program on a laptop, was readily available to answer questions, and put the customer in touch with production staff. The staff responded and was at a home within 1-2 days of calling, showed damage the customer did not realize was damage, worked with the insurance company, did not accept their first quote, and held firm. The staff helped clients navigate the insurance process. Communication was top notch, the process was easy from start to finish, the company dealt with the insurance company, the roof job was fantastic, and there was zero mess afterward. Customers recommend the company and give hats off to Northern Edge Restoration.
