I had an ice dam causing water dripping into our house from the pendant lights in our kitchen. Ice Dam Company was very responsive and came out and took care of the issue on the roof and the water coming into the house stopped. The crew was very professional, they were even 2 minutes early from the window of time they gave us. They were very careful with the removal of snow and ice and left our sidewalks and backyard in great condition. I plan to fix the problem causing the ice dam issues this summer but would absolutely hire this company again if needed.
