Went in for a consult for a pair of boots in need of repair. They offered frank advice that they couldn’t help me, but told me what I could do to improve the condition of my boots. They didn’t even try to hard sell me the product they suggested which they had right there in the store.

I love this small shoe repair. I have taken a special leather purse there to be have the strap put back on and they did an awesome job! I have also taken a pair of Bear Paw winter boots there for them to sew the back up. Another shoe repair shop sewed up the back of these black boots with white thread, plus did a horrible job at that! So I took them to Fred's and they redid them and they turned out excellent!!I highly recommend Fred's Shoe Repair Shop

They fixed my husbands work boots and my very well loved brown ankle boots! I now get to wear my most favorite shoes again and my husband didn’t have to purchase another pair of expensive caterpillars! Very nice people!!
