Update: Frana Companies has made a good faith effort to help me resolve a situation that resulted from a belligerent and violent sub contractor working in the vicinity of their job site. I deeply appreciate their help in making Minneapolis a safer place for everyone.
I was attacked this morning by this worker at the 708 S 3rd St build site. His parked car was blocking the bike lane and when pointed that out he kicked me and then tried to intimidate me into leaving. He refused to identify himself or name his supervisor. A female worker was with the violent man, she was trying to downplay both his violent and illegal behaviors.
