Custom Pools Inc., did a fantastic job on our pool and backyard project. They were very generous with their time during the design process and worked seamlessly with the other contractors involved during the complex project. Their subcontractors for gas and electric were also excellent. We really appreciated the overall professionalism, industry knowledge, and friendliness of the staff and look forward to working with them for our future service needs. Custom Pools is my #1 recommendation for a pool install. They have been in business for many years and the results reflect that.

The best customer service around-will not find better!We recently purchased a home with a Custom Pools in-ground pool installed. This is the first time we have owned a pool. We reached out to Jeff to get some help learning how to use all the equipment. He went above and beyond helping us learn all about the chemical process/maintenance procedures. We highly recommend anyone in the metro area to go to this pool store if they want top customer service.

Custom Pools produced a spectacular oasis for our new backyard! Charlie and Jeff helped support the design and scheduling process; on the project management side, Dave always made sure we knew what to expect and what was up next; but most notable was the lead of the crew that put in the pool, Derek. Derek is the hardest working, most dependable and nicest person around. Unusual to find a company that can deliver both an incredible product and a turnkey process. Highly recommend Custom Pools!
