I was a customer at custom pools in Hopkins, for 25 years until they recently changed ownership and drove the business into the ground with horrible customer service. Thankfully, I stopped in at poolwerx and they have treated me like I have been a long-term customer. Excellent service, end quality advice. Noah and (Cal?) Are great. Owning a pool can be a pain in the ass. Wait, can I swear in a Google review? I guess I just did. The good news is I’ve worked with Poolwerx for a few years and literally every experience I have is positive. A few of my neighbors also go here for help. They shoot straight and respect the fact that everybody’s on a budget. I go there a few times a summer to keep my chemistry right in both my hot tub and my pool and it makes life a lot stressful to know I can rely on them. Special shout out to MIKE Who helped me today. I felt like I was talking to my brother. He helped me diagnose the problem I’m having and develop a simple step-by-step plan to address it.
