They were absolutely fantastic. I was looking to get a furnace serviced/cleaned up to sell a property, and the issue ended up making it so I had to get a brand new furnace (and more ductwork) installed. They told me the bad news in a very clear and understandable way. They were very kind about the whole thing while also telling it to me without sugarcoating it, which I very much appreciated. Sometimes the fix is bigger than you were anticipating, but with these guys it went very smoothly and they were able to get it done faster than I was expecting. I can't recommend them enough!
