I have loved every experience I’ve had at The Loft! I come here monthly for tattoo removal, and Lonnie always makes it such a comfortable, positive experience. I’ve also visited Sam for several services, and she absolutely knocks it out of the park every single time. Everyone is professional, welcoming, and genuinely great at what they do. Highly recommend!

I recently had laser hair removal done, and I honestly wish I would have done it sooner.
From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, comfortable, and so much better than I expected.
They are incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable before getting started.
You can tell they truly know what they’re doing, and that kind of confidence matters when you’re trusting someone with a service like this.

I loved my experience!! Shannon was very welcoming and explained everything step by step. Even to the point of telling me how it may feel and what that specific step was working on at my skin level. She was very thorough, gentle, and professional. The Glo2 facial was pretty phenomenal, made my skin feel so soft and rejuvenated. I haven't had any real facials, ever, so I was a little nervous but this turned out to be a real treat! I HIGHLY recommend her for her specialty services, attention to details, professionalism, the Glo facial, and how comfortable she made me feel. She's a gem! Also, the atmosphere there is really calming, soothing, clean, and inviting! 10/10!
