The clinic staff and Dr. Nate Peterson were so super kind! I broke a front tooth today. I didn’t expect a same day, but so super super grateful that they were able to squeeze me. It looks as if nothing had broke. They did an awesome job!!! I can’t thank them enough!

Broke a tooth and half can't get in for 2 and a 1/2 weeks. Receptionist unwilling to even ask the dentist. If there's some way he could squeeze me n. By the way, been a client of his since he started and before that, when it was on Howard, so my whole entire life.

I called and said I had emergency and they got me and taken care of the same day! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable!

The receptionist Jen was not helpful or knowledgeable. Pretty rude. Said they were taking new patients but then didn’t know who exactly she could take. I had to ask several questions just to have her concede to take my number so she could ask if they can help us. I ended up declining as I’d rather go somewhere with kinder people. Front line employees should be knowledgeable and friendly.

My family sees Dr Pedersen. He cares about what is going on in your mouth! My family has had several different problems in our mouths and each time he made sure he was doing all he could to help and resolve the issue. If you need a cavity filled, a tooth pulled or even a root canal he is the person to see!

I called this place to see if they take new patients. The receptionist acted as if she were disgusted that I would even ask. Is that how customers are treated here? Good thing I was not a paying customer. It would have me feel even worse.

When I called them with a dental emergency, they got me in the same day despite the fact I'm not a regular patient there. They were all very kind and committed to helping me. I am extremely grateful for their services, and would highly recommend them.
