My husband and I went down and had our taxes prepared on January 27th. We signed everything and paid that day. 3 weeks went by and we still hadn't received our tax refund. We finally knew something was wrong when we tried the track my refund tool and it said our information was not found. We called and left 2 messages trying to find out what might have happened. It was a Saturday so yes we knew we probably wouldn't hear anything until Monday. Well Monday morning came around and no return call so we called. They NEVER FILED OUR TAXES!! They had no remorse and did not offer a refund for their service that they did not provide or any solution for THEIR mistake.... read full review

Rebecca White is absolutely amazing! Tax preparation is so easy with her, she takes the time to answer all of your questions in a way you can understand. She makes you feel like your a member of her family. Top notch service, wont go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend! Becca is a very knowledgeable Tax Professional who will always give you 100%. She will make sure your tax needs are taken care of and charges way less than the large box tax companies.
