I'm so appreciative of this clinic! We recently relocated to Cloquet and our 15 yr old dog was not feeling well. I made several calls and no one was willing to see him/taking new patients but AAH got him in right away! Dr. Elizabeth was wonderful. She was so gentle and compassionate with our boy. My gratitude goes beyond words.

We moved to Duluth recently and this was one of the few vets accepting new clients that wasn’t booking months out. We’ve had multiple visits and all of them have been great. They are sweet with my loving but nervous girl Maya, and give my happy, food-loving boy Derek plenty of treats as they do his exam.

Prices are comparable to other vets we’ve used.

I’ve been bringing my cat here for a few years, and unfortunately this summer he developed urinary issues. The team got us in on short notice multiple times and were consistently kind, compassionate, and thorough. I can’t thank them enough for taking such wonderful care of my ESA.

They’ve also been fantastic with our dog, Lucy. She’s a bit shy as a rescue dog and the staff have been very gentle and patient with her.

All the staff here from the front desk to the vets are PHENOMENAL!!!

I tried to schedule an initial appointment for my two cats who have routine vaccinations due in February, and I requested a January appointment, I recently moved to Duluth. But the office told me they needed a prepayment for the exams in order to make an appointment. In my past 35 years of being a pet owner, no vet has ever asked me for a prepayment for an exam, and I don't know what to make of this? Isn't this against medical ethics to charge for a medical service before it is provided? I am just not sure if I should or look elsewhere. The reviews look pretty good for this vet clinic, but paying for exams before they are given is a concern.

Despite several other vets in town unwilling to take new patients the staff here agreed to see my cat within the hour I called to make an appointment. My cat had an infection on his leg from over grooming and the friendly staff took care of the problem promptly. My cat got a check up and an antibiotic shot which came out to $180 total, which is very reasonable. 1 day later and it is clear their treatment worked. Staff here were very friendly and did not try to push anything on me and offered different treatment options with prices. You could honestly tell the vet and receptionist loved animals and are happy to be at work, which made for a 10/10 experience.

Staff were unfriendly and should be aware that clients can hear conversation from behind the desk

Friendly, caring, accommodating, fast, so incredibly kind to my 15 year old British Lab. Very very fair prices. I will be recommending it to all of my friends and family. Thank you so very much for all that you did for a very scared pet parent!!!!!

Absolutely amazing! They treated my kitty like their own and were so gentle with her! I was nervous to bring my cat to a vet since she hadn’t been since she was a kitten, but they were awesome. We saw Dr. Kristi and she was great! Huge thank you to this place! (Prices seem really affordable too!!)
