This weekend, the hydrant line from my basement to the outside faucet burst, causing significant flooding in my basement. Brogards did an outstanding job to complete a bath and shower addition in our home in Otter Tail County. They were the original HVAC contractors on our Craftsman / Arts and Crafts home which was built in 2004. Brogards exceeded our expectations on this project! The project involved deconstruction to remove flooring in three rooms to reroute plumbing, septic lines, and heat ducts to facilitate this new bathroom, which was hard to watch as a home owner. Wonderful experience…from the people who answered the phone to take my call, to the owner calling to make sure we could get through the night until they could get to us, and then the fix to our septic. Each person was kind, considerate and friendly. Highly recommend Brogards!
