Water Heater Installation/Repair near Hastings picked by BestProsInTown
“Great company overall. Had them come in and to give me a quote for a new AC unit and furnace. The process was quick and easy. They got right to the point on which the best options were. They didn’t try and upsell at all, while fixing other minor issues I had. I’d highly recommend them because they were professional, very good on the price, and very easy to communicate with.”
“It’s July. The weather is threatening to only get worse as the inevitable heat wave is upon you (90F+) What happened? Air Conditioning failure. Through the beads of sweat on my brow I pick up my phone and try to find a local hero to come to my rescue. My initial point of contact explained they could have someone on site first thing the next morning. No cape. No grand entrance music. Just a calm phone call telling me he’d be there within thirty minutes. I explained my problem. The technician was quick to identify and address my problem on site (A capacitor had failed on my A/C unit). Once resolved he said with a smile, “it’s running now”. Then I knew, not all hero’s wear capes. Some just have a friendly attitude and a wealth of knowledge along with a shirt that says Rumpca Services Inc. Thank you Josh! Seriously though, if you want prompt, honest, efficient, communicative service just give Rumpca a call. Stay cool out there!”
“Outstanding - Mike got out here quickly, kept in contact, charged me 1/3 of other quotes, took all of 30 seconds, left a tidy workspace, AND shared his expertise on a separate plumbing issue I’m having. Edwards Plumbing has a customer for life.”
