Max Bowen was out and serviced our furnace on the coldest day. He was very professional and helpful. I even set up an appointment to get our air ducts cleaned. Would definitely recommend On Time to my friends and family.
On time service was exceptional from booking to the actual maintenance. Luke spent roughly 90 minutes thoroughly inspecting our system and looked at our vents to see if cleaning was required. He was upfront, honest and helpful.

I always appreciate On-Time Service Pros. The Maintenance check-up is covered by the VIP Program I signed up for. The compressor on my AC unit had to be replaced so that is the price I am referring to in this review. Lance was friendly and explained everything in detail.
