We came back from up north with no heat. Kane was here in 45 minutes! Kept in touch when on the way, clear about timelines and manually made heat available through the night as we waited for a part. Just wonderful!
The best. Furnace out (Feb), called at 4:45 pm, personally answered, he was sitting down to dinner w family, said he could come after dinner, texts @6:15 he is enrout, arrived, diagnosed, John actually had a used, discontinued control module part on truck….fixed!!! The best.
