Frandrup is a very professional outfit. Their attention to detail was very good. Pricing is comparable to other contractors in the area. Communication is not instant, but good if you have patience. The owner is the main contact. He also works the sites, so he’s not always available right away. However, he always return calls/texts/emails. I’ll be using Frandrup again for my future needs.

While expanding my hardwood lumber business Logs to Lumber to a new facility in Hastings I asked around about who to use to do concrete work. The three people I asked all recommended Frandrup concrete.Right off the bat after calling Charlie, he showed up the next day and we talked about my future project which he seemed interested in and got back to me with pricing right away. When I built my building, his crew did excellent work and we're very easy to work with as I made changes. They handled grading, laying the foam, re bar and everything else and helped lay the goofy floor drains and drain piping I purchased.
