They always have availibility to get my fur babies in. I haven't met a single staff that wasn't caring or willing to answer my questions. Thank you for being so caring and gentle with my pups.

I am the owner of th grooming shop next door. We had a 17 year old dog with a major heart condition have a medical emergency during the bathing process. Usually a fairly relaxing part of the groom because we use warm water, and try to massage tired joints. But she was having an off day and suddenly she was having a medical emergency!!
We rushed her next door. They were there immediately! Got her some oxygen right away and warm blankets. And she came too 😱. They Literally saved this dogs life right in front of my eyes… I felt I witnessed a miracle 🙏. I never thought a 17 year old dog would pull through that way. Thank you Ham Lake Vet Team for your fast actions… read full review
