He came in my home and moved my things and didn’t put them back. He moved furniture around and left it. He left lights on and cranked the air conditioning to 75 on a hot day. After this he sabotaged my buyer and talked her out of the signed purchase agreement with no reason. He provided no feedback stating there are any issues that need to be addressed. I take excellent care of my house! This inspector disrespected my home and left. I lost my buyer and turned down showings during his time spent in my home. I would never recommend someone with this type of work ethic.

Don was very friendly and professional!! He explained what he found at our level of understanding. Amazing price for our home inspection, on top of driving an hour one way to do business with us! 10/10 would recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection done.
