I woke up on one of these really cold mornings and my home was 56 degrees. Edward was there by 8:30, figured out what the problem was and I was warm again. He was kind, explaining what he did and even took the time to show me how to understand the error codes.
Had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. On time, very neat and professional. Workmanship was top notch. Today I had them clean the vents. Again on time, neat and professional. Really recommend Air Mechanical.
I was very thankful for Edward St. John. He was able to make it out really quickly, very professional and was able to help. Did a good job of keeping the customer in mind when suggesting things. Was very helpful to make informed decision. Was able to feel the benefit of his help with the AC unit right away.
