My google maps took me in a very strange circle and I got very lost trying to find the location, but that was Google maps fault! I had actually gone on the wrong day at the wrong time to my appointment as well, and they went above and beyond to accommodate. I had both my dog and one cat in the car with me to be groomed and they were willing to squeeze them both in despite my error regarding the day and time of my appointment. They are by far the most reasonable groomer in the Grand Rapids/Greenway area and one of the few who does cats. The only other groomer who will do cats in this area charges $100 dollars. Very good with my 60# dog. Only hassle is that we were not notified in advance when making the appointment or even when dropping our pet off that they do not take credit cards. We had to drive 30 miles just to get cash for payment. I'll be prepared from now on. But she was still terrific with our dog.
Cindy is a great groomer and a for-sure pet-lover. She will take excellent care of your pets if you are having them groomed or you are boarding them. She is an animal lover and so they get some personal attention and will ALWAYS be well-cared for
