“My google maps took me in a very strange circle and I got very lost trying to find the location, but that was Google maps fault! I had actually gone on the wrong day at the wrong time to my appointment as well, and they went above and beyond to accommodate. I had both my dog and one cat in the car with me to be groomed and they were willing to squeeze them both in despite my error regarding the day and time of my appointment. They are by far the most reasonable groomer in the Grand Rapids/Greenway area and one of the few who does cats. The only other groomer who will do cats in this area charges $100 dollars. This business charges less than half that amount and does an equally good job. It may be a drive out in the country to get to this groomer, but you are still getting a MUCH better deal, along with excellent service!“
